What is Path of Exile 2 Ingenuity

Path of Exile 2 Ingenuity is a unique Utility Belt that increases the bonuses you gain from both of your equipped rings. It is a chase item for any build already wearing two strong rings, since it amplifies whatever those rings already provide instead of adding a new ring slot.

How to Get PoE 2 Ingenuity

Ingenuity has a drop-restricted acquisition: it can only drop from The King in the Mists, a pinnacle boss fought at the Crux of Nothingness. Reaching him requires "An Audience with the King." In patch 0.5.0 this is earned by offering any leftover Tribute from Ritual encounters into a progress bar rather than buying it as a random Favour.

Because the fight and its currency cost are both demanding, many players buy Ingenuity directly on the trade market instead of farming the boss repeatedly.

How to Use PoE 2 Ingenuity

Ingenuity rewards builds that already run two strong rings, since it increases the bonuses from both instead of adding a third ring slot.
