What are your working hours?

When my order will be ready?
We will inform you before the start of your boosting what is the approximate time for the completion of the order. We will than inform you when your order has been taken for the boost and make an update when it is ready. All communication will be done via the preferred media, whether it is e-mail, skype or telephone.
What is account sharing?
Account sharing is a commonly used boosting practice that involves another person playing for your character for the time of the boost. It is 100% safe and secured due to the use of VPN secured network that changes the IP address of our driver to the country IP of our current location.
If you are still worried for your character belongings or anything else, we also offer self-play option for the most of our products.
How to unlock your account when I use account sharing?
There are several options that you can use to unlock your account for our driver:
Option 1 (Authenticator)
If you have attached Battle.net authenticator, you will just have to provide us with the code, so that our driver can log in and start the boost.
Option 2 (SMS alert)
If you have SMS alerts enabled, after our driver will try to log in, you will receive a verification code that we will need to log in and start the boosting process.
Option 3 (E-mail)
After you pass us your account data, our player will try to log onto your account. After that you will receive an E-mail (to the mail what’s your Battle.net account is attached to) with security code. After you pass the security code to us, our player will log and start the boost.
