BO7 Astra Malorum Boost Rewards by Option
The boss fight is the last quest stage, so every order includes it. To purchase BO7 Caltheris boss kill service, select the Main Quest and get everything below:
- Operator Skin: "Bottled Up" Nikolai.
- Super Easter Egg: one of the six Main Quests done, on the map that holds the Caltheris toy.
- Cursed Mode: unlocked for later runs, with six Cursed Relics from Cursed Mode Trials.
The Nikolai skin is a permanent Operator Skin, so it stays yours to keep. Black Ops 7 Zombies Astra Malorum carries it on your profile without a single puzzle on your side.
