It can be obtained only by slaying Alani in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. But Alani is protected by a special invincibility buff that can be removed only by an item called Sky Crystal. It can be created by combining 10 Skyshards, the drop rate for which is below 1%. Skyshards drop from almost every mob in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. But getting even one can take hundreds of hours of your time. Thus, obtaining this serpent is a lengthy process that heavily leans into mindless grind.
