Lineage Gems Explained
Lineage Gems are a new tier of support gems introduced in the 0.3.0 update, exclusive to endgame content. Many of them drop from specific pinnacle bosses or uber encounters in the new Atlas. Unlike regular supports, they don’t just add stats – they fundamentally alter how skills behave. Lineage Gems act like unique items for your skills, enabling entirely new playstyles or amplifying existing ones to absurd levels.
