However, each Fate fragment can be obtained only from specific bosses at the end of the 10-round Trial of Chaos. And if you fail to get one, or just want to access the Trialmaster once again, you’ll have to run the same content again and again for these fragments. How to use Fates in PoE 2?

After you collect 3 different Fate fragments, you should place them all in the door at the end of the Trial of Chaos. It will open a portal to the Trialmaster, the pinnacle boss of this activity.
