1. Visit Area 52 and take the Consortium Crystal Collection quest from Nether-Stalker Khay’ji.
2. Simply complete all the follow-up quests until you are sent to Shattrath.
3. Take the How to Break Into the Arcatraz quest and proceed to dungeons required.
4. Defeat the final boss of Mechanar to get the Bottom Shard of the Arcatraz Key.
5. Next stop is Botanica. Slay the final boss to loot the Top Shard of the Arcatraz.
6. Head back to A’dal and obtain the key.
