How to get Val'anyr in World of Warcraft?
First of all, paladin, priest, shaman, monk, or druid must collect 30x Fragment of Val'anyr that drop from all the bosses in Ulduar. Activating Hard-mode increases the chances for the item to drop. Once all the fragments have been obtained the player must click on them and start the quest.
This quest should be handed in in the archivum that is located at the back of the Iron Council room in Ulduar. A new task will appear Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings, asking the hero to forge the weapon, throwing it into Yogg-Saron's mouth during the 3rd phase. You loot the item after the old god is defeated and complete the quest, rewarding you with this awesome legendary weapon.
