  • reach exalted reputation with Horde Expedition or Alliance Vanguard;
  • max out Engineering skill to 525;
  • buy Schematic: Mekgineer’s Chopper or Schematic: Mechano-Hog from faction vendors for 400 gold;
  • gather materials worth approximately 15,000 gold:
    • 12x Titansteel Bars;
    • 40x Handful of Cobalt Bolts;
    • 2x Arctic Fur;
    • Salvaged Iron Golem Parts;
    • Goblin-machined Pistons;
    • Elementium-plated Exhaust Pipes.

Can players without Engineering craft the required mounts?

No, only Engineers can craft them. However, non-Engineers can purchase them from other players.
